Shipping Delivery Time
Based on where your delivery location is, shipping may take from 3 to 10 business days. We provide tracking for all our orders so you know where it is at all times!
Shipping Range
We encourage to come in and test ride your EBike if you are able to. If you wish to test ride please contact us for a time to go for a ride.
Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
If you are within the local area of Invercargill we allow you pickup from in-store.
If you have any further shipping or logistics questions please contact us here.
All Bikes are sent from our Invercargill shop, If low or no local stock bikes will be sent from our Auckland warehouse, unless local pickup is preferred.
